Exhibit — Account & Data Deletion

01Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

Open Exhibit and sign in, if you are not already.
Go to the Profile screen.
Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.

This is permanent. Deletion cannot be undone. After deletion you are signed out and would need to create a new account to use the app again.

02Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, you can ask us to delete your account for you. Email iamparthahudati@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Exhibit account deletion request”.

To help us verify the request and locate the right account, please include the email address, phone number, or sign-in method you used. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything, and we will confirm by email once it is done — normally within 30 days.

03What is deleted, and what is kept

When your account is deleted, we remove the data below.

Data	What happens
Profile & identity	Name, email, phone number, and account identifier — deleted.
Sign-in identity	Your Firebase authentication record — deleted, so you can no longer sign in.
Membership & purchases	Membership tier and feature-access / purchase-entitlement records — deleted.
Notification tokens	Device messaging (FCM) tokens saved for push — deleted.
Analytics	No longer tied to your account. Any remaining analytics data is retained only in aggregated or de-identified form under the analytics provider’s settings.

We may retain a minimal record only where the law requires it (for example, records needed for tax or fraud-prevention obligations). Purchase receipts held by Google Play or the Apple App Store are governed by those stores’ own policies.
